Exactly how does your "Pay for Results" program work and how will I be charged?

Our service provides you with a contractor listing on our site and an extension number & voice mailbox on our Toll-free customer phone line. After reading your ad, customers can choose to contact you in 2 ways from our site:

• They can leave you a voicemail (which will be forwarded to you via a sound file to your e-mail address)
• Or, they can send you a project inquiry form via e-mail

You will be charged $8.95 for each voicemail inquiry you receive and $6.95 for each E-mail inquiry you receive.

Can I set a limit on the amount that I spend on your program?

Yes. When you sign up you will be asked to set a monthly maximum that you wish to spend. When you reach this limit, your listing will be removed from the site until the 1st of the following month when it will reappear for potential customers to view again. You can change this spending limit any time you choose by logging into your account.

Will I be charged for a voicemail inquiry if the customer hangs up?

No. You will only be charged for calls which the customer actually leaves a voicemail for you.

When will I be billed for Customer inquiries?

You will be billed by the 3rd day following the month of the actual billing period.

Am I able to change my ad once I have initially set it up on your site?

Yes. You will be able to change any part of your ad by logging into your account. You will also be able to update your account and payment information the same way.

What information will be contained in my ad?

The following information can be contained in your listing:

• Your Company Name
• Business address
• Toll free phone number with your assigned extension number
• Description of your services offered
• Up to 12 photos of completed jobs
• Industry affiliations
• Insurance info

How many contractor type categories and towns can I be listed under?

You can choose to be listed in as many counties, and under as many contractor type categories, in the State of New Hampshire as you feel you can realistically handle. Remember, customers outside of your local area will be inclined to call you because of our Toll free number.
